Financial Planning and Analysis Role

At Robert Walters, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Perform detailed technical analysis to determine both current and future financial performance, ensuring accuracy in our financial forecasting.
  • Collaboration with Department Managers: Work closely with department managers to establish timelines for budget completion, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Financial Tracking and Reporting: Track revenue and expenses on a monthly basis, providing timely and accurate financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Economic Research and Analysis: Conduct economic research in various areas, including rates of return, depreciations, and working capital requirements, to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Gather, analyse, prepare, and summarise recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with organisational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
