We are a dynamic team at K20s - Kinetic Technologies Private Limited, working together to deliver innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Development Manager to lead the development of our enterprise architecture and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Architecture Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop architecture solutions.
    • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technical architecture.
  • Strategic Planning and Optimization:
    • Analyze and optimize existing infrastructure to enhance performance and reduce costs.
    • Develop long-term infrastructure strategies, including capacity planning and technology adoption.
    • Align infrastructure architecture with organizational goals and emerging technologies.
  • Integration & Interoperability:
    • Design and build integration layers to ensure seamless data propagation.
    • Collaborate with application, data, and business architects to ensure infrastructure alignment.
    • Guarantee compatibility and interoperability across internal and vendor systems.
  • Governance & Standards:
    • Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards, ensuring compliance.
    • Conduct regular reviews of enterprise architecture designs and configurations.
    • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Emerging Technologies & Innovation:
    • Stay up to date on cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
    • Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance performance and efficiency.
    • Implement cutting-edge solutions to maintain a competitive and future-ready enterprise architecture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide enterprise architecture solutions.
    • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to implement projects.
    • Ensure compliance by providing accurate information to audit and regulatory teams.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on enterprise architecture designs and standards.
    • Maintain a repository of architecture artifacts and guidelines.
    • Mentor team members and promote best practices in enterprise architecture.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years in enterprise architecture development and management.
  3. Proven track record of implementing large-scale enterprise architecture projects.
  4. Local Qatar experience is a plus.
Certifications
  1. TOGAF certification is a plus.
  2. Additional certifications in ITIL, VMware, AWS, Azure, or Cisco technologies are a plus.
Technical Skills
  1. Expertise in cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions.
  2. Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  3. Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  4. Experience with networking, storage, and compute technologies.
  5. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and scripting languages.
Soft Skills
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  3. Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements
  1. Proficiency in English is required.
  2. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
