We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Digital Marketing & Acquisition team as an Offer Creation Manager.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Qatar Airways offer content strategy on digital channels, ensuring accurate, attractive, and differentiated offer content is made available in Qatar Airways digital direct channels to achieve business objectives in line with a clear Commercial vision.

You will manage the development and implementation of the Qatar Airways offer content strategy on digital channels by translating Qatar Airways business goals and customer segment needs into offer content opportunities and definitions. This includes identifying technology and process needs that enable and support implementing differentiated and tailored offer content in Qatar Airways' digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics / similar tracking tools. Additionally, experience working in a multi-national company with global responsibilities and strong leadership skills are required.
