Key Responsibilities
  • Presales Activities
    • Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and provide guidance on the best solutions to meet their needs.
    • Participate in technical discussions with customers to define scope, evaluate cost and price, and ensure that our solutions meet their requirements.
  • Proof of Concept
    • Lead the development of Proof of Concept (PoC) documents with customers, defining success criteria, scope of work, and effort estimation.
    • Work closely with customers to ensure that the PoC meets their needs and provides a clear understanding of the proposed solution.
  • Project Execution
    • Help the segment in kickstarting and implementing critical products or projects, ensuring that the team understands customer requirements and defines a roadmap for all features requested by the customer.
    • Groom the team to lead the project, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Make or Buy Decision
    • Assist the segment/subsegment management in finalizing the make or buy decision for various products and technologies, evaluating both scenarios and recommending the best option for the business.
