Job Title: Beauty Consultant

As a Beauty Consultant at Qatar Duty Free, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail and makeup services to our guests, ensuring a memorable spa experience. Your primary goal will be to deliver a personalized experience with commercial success while representing the spa in a professional and hospitable manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a range of manicure, pedicure, and makeup services to the highest standards in accordance with the spa's protocols and procedures.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to maximize return customers through consistent service excellence and provide exceptional after-sales service as required.
  • Maximize sales at every available opportunity to generate revenue, including add-on sales or upselling.
  • Ensure that any customer complaints or problems are dealt with properly and professionally, as they arise.
  • Perform manicures, pedicures, and makeup services to the highest standards as directed by the brand.
  • Review and update client profile forms and customize services to address client needs.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of sanitation, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations and tools.
  • Ensure products and supplies are used in proper amounts and adequately stocked.
  • Follow scheduled rosters and daily appointment schedules.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of beauty rooms and ensure back-of-house areas are well organized at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any issues to management to ensure there is sufficient stock.
  • Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks, referencing and abiding by the spa's Operating Procedures.

  • Strong product expertise and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
