Job Description

The Project Engineer oversees the contractor selection, detailed engineering, tendering, evaluation, construction contractor, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning commissioning and hand over of the project. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Determine the resources required to complete the project.
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

The Project Engineer shall demonstrate expert abilities in scheduling and advance planning capabilities to foresee and avoid delays. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Formal training in Project Management is required.
  • A sound knowledge of relevant Computer applications including MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management related applications including Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
