Business Development Manager

RP International is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in the Qatari market. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.
About the Company:
Our client, a leading multinational consultancy operating in the IT and digital services sector, has been serving the Qatari market for several years. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the local sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the footprint in local enterprise and government accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to support strategic growth.
- Maintain and grow relationships with regional vendor partners and key industry stakeholders.
- Support the development of proposals, bids, and client presentations in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill junior sales staff to build a strong pipeline of talent.
- Act as the key point of contact for strategic clients and represent the company at industry events and forums in the country.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-8 years of sales experience in the country, specifically within the IT/Technology Services sector.
- 2–3 years minimum in a sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in both account management and business development, with a strong regional network.
- Experience managing or collaborating with major technology vendors.
- Technical education or experience in delivery roles is a strong advantage.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
