Job Overview:

K20s - Kinetic Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Technician to join our team. As an Infrastructure Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing system administration support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, and maintaining office systems, hardware, and IT equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 system administration support to resolve IT system-related issues.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of servers and network components at main and remote sites.
  • Coordinate with Systems Engineers to resolve major issues and ensure smooth IT operations and consistent system uptime.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in system administration operations in a similar role.
