As a member of the Doha Beach Resort team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a stunning beachfront location with unparalleled views of the Arabian Gulf. Our resort features 12 restaurants, a range of recreational facilities, a free-form swimming pool, and the world-class Spa InterContinental.

The Conference and Events Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for conference and events bookings. You'll identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate leads and secure new business.

As the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, you'll ensure clear communication and exceptional service delivery. Collaborating with the events team, you'll create customized event proposals and packages tailored to clients' needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for conference and events bookings.
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the events team to create customized event proposals and packages.
  • Ensure clear communication and exceptional service delivery to clients throughout the event planning process.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort environment. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong negotiation and closing skills, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential.
