  4. Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Implement rigorous assessment and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of the training hub and make data-driven improvements.
  5. Ensuring Global Consistency: Ensure consistency and scalability of training initiatives across all regions while allowing for local customization where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven experience in managing global training programs in a large, multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of modern training methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple regions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services and the digital payments industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking and rapid prototyping is a plus.
