As a Credit Coordinator at IHG Hotel & Resorts, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transfer of financial data between our Front Office and Back Office systems.

Financial Data Management
  • Verify the accuracy of daily city ledger data and reconcile it with city ledger folios.
  • Review city ledger folios and supporting documents, such as charge slips and LPOs, to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Follow up with customers for billing instructions, LPOs, and supporting documents as needed.
Invoice Preparation and Disbursement
  • Prepare invoices and obtain the signature of the Financial Accountant.
  • Send original invoices with supporting documents to customers and file copies in the customer and sequential files.
Credit Card Transactions
  • Verify credit card transfers with purchases slips and credit card reconciliation summaries prepared by the Night Auditor.
  • Calculate commission for credit card payments received.
Cash and Cheque Receipts
  • Issue receipts for cash and cheques received from customers and credit card payments received directly to the bank.
  • Hand over all cash receipts to the General Cashier with a receipt copy.
  • Hand over all receipts and cheques to the Finance Coordinator daily for preparing cash and cheque collection reports.
