Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our project team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Business Analyst, you will report directly to the project manager and be responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and conducting user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of website and application requirements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Designing and implementing efficient backend solutions using PHP, including building optimized database systems.
  • Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate data storage solutions and ensure seamless application functionality.
  • Developing and testing backend features, ensuring high-quality assurance and testing standards.
  • Updating and altering application features to enhance performance and meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in PHP web frameworks, including CodeIgniter 4, and experience with API interface coding.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies, including JQuery, JavaScript, and HTML5.
  • Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
  • Familiarity with SQL/MySQL databases and ability to project manage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in PHP development.
