About the Role

The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, maximize revenue through increased product sales, and enhance the company's brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive campaign strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience to achieve the company's business objectives.
  2. Coordinate all aspects of campaign production, including print materials, digital assets, and multimedia content to create comprehensive, cohesive, and effective campaigns that resonate with the target audience across various mediums and channels.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams on the campaigns' creativity, designs, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  4. Oversee creation and optimization of campaign assets by ensuring that they are compelling with the brand and optimized for all our channels to maximize effectiveness in achieving campaign goals such as driving sales or increasing brand awareness.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and analyze data through marketing and analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  6. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business partners and internal teams, by identifying new marketing channels to expand our integrated marketing solutions.
  7. Provide Line Manager with detailed weekly reports including, but not limited to, business trends, brand partner needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, assisting in developing all new marketing activities and initiatives to bridge revenue gaps.
  8. Leverage the company's unique selling proposition to deliver innovative and pioneering integrated marketing campaigns leading to revenue increase and positive results for both the company and business partners.
  9. Use design skills to prepare mock-ups of new ideas and media proposals to deploy all promotions and campaigns and generate more sales.
  10. Liaise with marketing and creative suppliers to optimize brand exposure and benefit thereof.
  11. Monitor site production work from vendors on a day-to-day basis to ensure production is as per agreed budget, timeline, and quality.
  12. Plan and organize personal planning and implementation strategy to maximize the return on time investment.
  13. Maintain and implement procurement policies to achieve better financial management, vendor relationships, and overall operational effectiveness.
  14. Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and rolling out integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  1. High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.

Job-specific skills & experience:

  1. Experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on production, offline, and digital content creation.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing and rolling out campaigns across multiple channels.
  3. Experience in a multinational company in an account management role or a medium-sized retail outlet for at least 2 years would be ideal.
  4. Demonstrated successful track record in creating and executing effective large marketing and advertising campaigns.
