The Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to represent our esteemed brand in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa regions. This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who can effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and maintain a high level of sales performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate sales and stock records, adhering to our company policies, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve collective objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice on our products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, learn from each other's experiences, and address challenges collectively.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is essential, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the watch industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
