Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at lxbfYeaa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Verify, process, and settle incoming invoices and expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Financial Analysis: Review invoices for accuracy and completeness, and perform preliminary checks on invoices such as currency, dates, and external commitment documents.
  • ERP System Management: Scan invoices and load them into the ERP system (SAP-PALM), and initiate validation workflows as needed.
  • Payment Processing: Process bookings of invoices, ensure timely payment within agreed supplier payment terms, and monitor and chase up rejected invoices for re-submission.
  • Supplier Management: Set up and maintain supplier accounts, reconcile supplier statements, and resolve differences.
  • Communication: Liaise with supervisor, Lead Accounts Payable, departments, and budget holders to resolve issues, and ensure efficient communication with Cost Control, Contracts, and Procurement departments.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: 5 years' experience in Finance department, with 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), good knowledge of ERP system SAP and Invoice Management Process, and strong analytical skills with clear logical thinking and problem-solving.
