Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carbon Fibre Composite Supervisor to join our team at شركة BSL. As a key member of our Mechanical Workshop, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our aircraft's carbon fibre composite components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Undertake detailed maintenance and inspection activities on the Typhoon's CFC components, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the work package and relevant technical information.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Resolve faults and maintenance issues, including configuration management, and undertake tasked maintenance and diagnostic activities on the Typhoon's CFC components.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrate a flexible and proactive attitude to carrying out responsibilities, take direction appropriately, and maintain personal and team task authorisation for working on aircraft or components in accordance with QAF requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain a personal log book to demonstrate currency on completion of On the Job training activities, sign other personnel's logbooks as appropriate, and compile required reporting and identify any issues for escalation.
Requirements
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the effective management of regulatory activities by setting delivery targets, monitoring progress, and developing performance improvement programmes.
  • Procedure and Standards: Comply with the regulatory framework, its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures and standards, and identify and propose changes as required.
  • Safety Management System: Understand and ensure human factors and error management philosophies are applied to all maintenance activities, understand the risks associated with maintenance activities, and the means by which they are mitigated and managed.
