Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Avionic Junior Supervisor to join our team at شركة BSL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of aircraft components, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of avionic technicians and engineers to ensure that maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of aircraft components to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all aircraft components are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are properly coordinated and that all necessary resources are available.
  • Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and that all necessary records are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in avionic maintenance and repair, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
