Job Description

Arizoglobal is seeking a highly skilled Pega System Architect/Technical Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
  2. Take ownership of technical deliverables of the project/team and drive small teams technically.
  3. Manage ECS Layers on Pega and maintain reuse, inheritance & specialization.
  4. Design and develop Pega standard compliant application/module.
  5. Experience in designing and implementation on Pega APIs and Integrations.
  6. Knowledge and experience on Pega Unit test automation.
  7. Experience on Next Best Action design techniques.
  8. Experience on Pega frameworks (Customer service, Pega marketing) is desirable.
  9. Translate complex business requirements into techno-functional requirements using Pegasystems tools.
  10. Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge on Node & Thread level page.
  • Working knowledge on advanced Pega OOTB Integration (Exp - Exception handling, Data Mapping for services and connectors, Security model for SOAP connectors & services).
  • Experience on Kafka integration & complex event processing is preferred.
  • Working knowledge on Pega Deployment experience/knowledge (Deployment Architecture) / Rules import & Export.
  • Knowledge on Rule Passivation and Pega Cache.
  • Working knowledge on Pega UI Architecture, Styling PRPC Application, IAC (Internet Application Composer), DWA (Direct Web Access), Pega Version Upgrade, managing the parallel development, Indexing, Arching & Purging, Session management, Customized logging, creating custom Guiderail, very good knowledge on SMA and System Reports (Class Dependencies, Rule Dependents, etc.).
  • Working knowledge on single and multivariate circumstancing.
  • Working knowledge on Pega Authentication & Authorization, Authenticate using LDAP and implement Single-Sign-On (SSO).
  • Working knowledge on Agents & listeners.
  • Working knowledge on Performance Tuning (PAL, Log Analyzer, DB Tracer/Preflight).
  • Knowledge on Data Model (Data Tables, Data Pages, Advanced properties options, linked properties).
  • Knowledge on Case Management (Case Designer to create case types, subcases, add process to case, Covers and Folders).
  • Knowledge on Push & Pull routing, skill-based routing.
  • Clear with key concepts and tools of the Designer Studio.
  • Knowledge on Pega-RULES Agents like System Indexer, System Pulse.
  • Reporting with expertise in BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) is preferable.
