Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure timely and accurate updating of invoices and financial records.
  • Adhere to company credit policy and procedures prior to invoicing.
  • Regularly review the invoice process and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor the submission of timely, accurate invoice documents and other financial information.
  • Ensure all transactions are updated in the company's financial system before month-end closing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting to customer and general ledger accounts to facilitate reconciliation.
  • Follow up with customers by sending reminders and coordinate with debt collectors to ensure collection.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and customer receipts to update customer accounts.
  • Review and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Follow up on sales order documents from operational finance staff to ensure accurate and timely updating in the financial system.
  • Ensure timely closure of month-end accounts with all transactions, including accrued revenue for the month.
  • Identify, justify, and resolve any work-related issues.
  • Reconcile integrated app transactions to the financial system.
  • Supervise and assist the accounts receivable and cashiering team.
  • Review customer new contracts and provide finance comments.
  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP/ECM and general accounting, payables, and receivables accounting, taxes, and fiscal accounting.
