Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor


• To uphold and adhere to all applicable safety guidelines and COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities,
• To perform work in accordance with the COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives, C standards and procedures, and good industry practices,
• Collaborate and assist the CSR during work preparation for all phases in BF and HU works within their responsibility:
• Review CTR construction engineering documents and assist the Project construction engineer for validation of the documents HSE Management System.
• Participate in CONTRACTOR site visits or other offshore visits if required for preparation.
• Propose and encourage design optimization to minimize offshore works.
• Follow up with FOPS on outstanding points regarding existing facilities.
• Prepare and validate material and construction equipment lists, including mobilization plans.
• Review and monitor the availability of drawings, job instructions, material deliveries, and tools.
• Review all Method Statements from CTR within their field of competence.
• Ensure equipment installation adheres to Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, procedures, and Site Instructions.
• Supervise the installation of all bulk and support associated with their discipline.
• Supervise workmanship for cable installation and glanding.
• Report to the E&I Superintendent for monitoring construction progress.
• Responsible for monitoring contractor's labor resources in accordance with approved mobilization plans and report to the E&I Superintendent.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the Permit to Work system.
• Ensure Contractors personnel have sufficient training and experience to carry out safe operations.
• Identify any Non-Conformance linked to Fabrication (NCRs).
• Review manufacturing records books.
• Coordinate with the Commissioning Team during the pre-commissioning phase in close relation with the Pre-commissioning Superintendent.
• Verify the completeness and correctness of construction drawings and ensure complete handover to the Commissioning team.
