Job Description:

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
  • Identify project dependencies and manage potential risks and constraints.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Track project performance against established objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Implement change management processes to accommodate shifting requirements.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve project-related risks and issues.
  • Communicate risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the project team.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, progress updates, and project dashboards.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track action items for follow-up.
  • Allocate internal and external resources effectively to optimize productivity.
  • Manage third-party vendors or contractors, ensuring they meet project standards and deadlines.
  • Review and approve project-related expenses.
  • Quality Assurance: Define and monitor quality metrics throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
  • Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Advocate for continuous improvement to optimize project processes and workflows.
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing to enhance team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
