Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recreation Receptionist to join our team at Rotana Hotels & Resorts.

As a Recreation Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our health club reception area. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing reservations, payments, and tracking procedures for our pool, beach, and recreation facilities
* Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and members
* Issuing and retrieving locker keys and towels
* Promoting our classes, activities, and services
* Posting charges and handling accounting procedures
* Assisting our Fitness Instructor in ensuring safety procedures and regulations are followed
* Maintaining the cleanliness and order of our locker facilities
* Ensuring the reception area is tidy and clean

To be successful in this role, you will have a diploma or degree in hospitality, previous work experience in a hotel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also be customer-driven, with excellent guest service skills and the ability to handle complaints.
