Key Responsibilities

  2. Workshop Operations: Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Workflow and Scheduling: Manage workflow and scheduling to optimize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs and services meet quality standards.
  5. Training and Development: Lead, train, and mentor workshop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare detailed reports on workshop activities, including staff performance and resource utilization.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Basic competency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems (preferably Oracle).
  • Arabic (essential) with good command of English.
  • In-depth understanding of automotive repair & maintenance industry standards, latest GCC market trends, and relevant regulatory requirements.
