Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Engine Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Roster Management: Develop and maintain accurate rosters for certifying staff and mechanics to ensure adequate manpower is available to support Engine Facility production and borescope inspection operations.
  • Leave Management: Manage, review, and approve leaves, extended leaves, sick leaves, emergency leaves, and duty travel in accordance with approved Company policies and the Engine Facility annual leave plan.
  • Training Coordination: Arrange and coordinate with the Technical Training department to schedule required training for Engine Facility staff as per regulatory or company requirements.
  • Competency Assessment: Maintain up-to-date records of staff competency assessments and authorization matrices for certifying staff skills on specialized tasks as required by the Technical Procedure Manual (TPM) for the Engine Facility.
  • AOG Support: Arrange duty travel and assign manpower to support AOG situations in coordination with the Engine Facility Manager or Supervisor, EF Planning team, and Line/Base Resource scheduler to facilitate AOG on-time recovery.
  • Dashboard Support: Assist the Planning Engineer in collecting and analyzing data for the Engine Facility dashboard related to staff leaves, SL, training, and duty travel for presentation to Technical Management.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative functions, including arranging duty travels, finance approval requests using Oracle, and arranging stationery.
  • Authorization Expiry: Issue monthly authorization expiry notifications to concerned staff to prevent regulatory non-compliance.
  • Business Meetings: Arrange business meetings and duty travels (out of Qatar) for Engine Facility management and other staff as per company requirements.
  • Third-Party Staff: Process QR IDs and airport entry passes for third-party staff working at the Engine Facility as and when required.
  • Attendance Tracking: Monitor third-party staff attendance and process their salaries in coordination with third-party administration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
