3D Artist for NFT Creation

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Artist to join our team at myGwork. As a key creator of our 3D needs, including NFTs, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive art direction, look and feel for both digital and marketing pieces.

• Provide art direction and visual guidance for digital and marketing projects, including NFTs.
• Research and gather reference materials for projects, with detailed explanations of creative ideas.
• Communicate creative ideas and feedback to team members in an effective manner.
• Animate 3D models and generate NFTs.
• Create digital assets with direction from internal team leads and partners.
• Collaborate with team members, art directors, and project managers to ensure consistent branding and quality of work.
• Develop creative ideas for digital collectables and design promotional materials for clients.
• Visualize storyboards to meet storytelling objectives and execute illustrations to final quality.
• Manage time effectively, multitasking to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Manipulate raw footage, illustrations, and typography with flair and style.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest graphic trends and promote best practices within our organization.

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, advertising, post-production, or relevant industries.
• Able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
• Experience in areas such as motion graphics, illustration, animation, or 2D/3D production.
• Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, UnrealEngine, Cinema 4D, or other 2D/3D software or video production tools.
• Proficient in modeling (organic and hard surface), UV unwrapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Ability to adapt to a diverse range of art styles.
• Strong communicator, independent, and driven individual.

• Open-mindedness and flexibility.
• Knowledge and interest in Cryptocurrency and NFT space is a plus.
