About the Role

This Sales Supervisor position is responsible for leading a sales team in Qatar, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Development: Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
  2. Sales Performance: Drive sales by ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
  3. Product Expertise: Ensure the team is well-versed in product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively assist customers.
  4. Operations and Logistics: Oversee stock levels, product displays, and merchandising to ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management, track sales trends, and suggest improvements.
  6. Staff Management: Manage employee shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and ensuring efficient store operations.
