• Supervise and train bakery staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
