  4. Coordinating procedures for adding new activities to the entity's commercial register.
  5. Assisting in carrying out procedures for issuing new branch licenses and obtaining necessary approvals.
  6. Issuing health certificates for all staff required to hold the same.
  7. Attesting documents before the ministries and embassies whenever required.
  8. Maintaining good relationships with several ministries to create a positive image of the company.
  9. Staying up-to-date concerning changes or amendments to prevailing laws, rules, and regulations.
  10. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Supervisor.
