Job Description

The Senior Chef de Partie, Cake Artist, will be responsible for leading the culinary team in preparing and presenting exquisite desserts and pastries that exceed our guests' expectations. This key role requires a deep understanding of culinary techniques, creativity, and excellent leadership skills to drive team performance and consistency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative dessert menus that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute themed events and promotions.
  • Monitor and control kitchen inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or equivalent in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cake decorating and dessert presentation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel or free-standing restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency in using various cake decorating instruments and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
