• Manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient and productive cost center, maintaining a well-organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage.
• Provide all kitchens, outlets, and banquets with clean operating equipment based on expected business levels.

• A candidate who demonstrates empathy and authentic human connection, caring for guests as unique individuals to design and deliver personalized experiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, showing care and the ability to connect with guests.
• International experience in luxury hotel brands, demonstrating adaptability to various cultures and environments.
