We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our luxury resort, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings and be able to provide expert recommendations to guests.
- Outlet Preparation: Ensure that the outlet is prepared for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, and completing other assigned tasks.
- Guest Service: Take food and beverage orders from guests, upsell where possible, and utilize our point-of-sales system as prescribed.
- Sales and Service: Ensure that all sales are properly recorded, following prescribed procedures for ordering, voiding, or correcting items.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables and remove dirty dishes to the dish area.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Complete assigned opening and closing duties.
- Special Requests: Be flexible in meeting special requests from guests for specific food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
- Brand Standards: Maintain the assigned station/section in a clean and orderly manner at all times and ensure that all company minimum brand standards are implemented.
- Experience: Prior experience within a similar luxury hotel/established restaurant environment.
- Personality: Fun, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
- Location: Already based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Language: Fluent English speaker.
