Key Responsibilities

  2. Implementation and Deployment: Lead deployment and integration of IT infrastructure solutions in line with design specifications, working closely with business teams, developers, and system administrators for smooth implementation.
  3. Performance and Optimization: Monitor infrastructure performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization initiatives to ensure systems can handle current and future workloads efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Requirements: A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, TOGAF9 Foundation, COBIT5 Foundation, VMware, RedHat, and Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 12+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in an architecture role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs), expertise in server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions (SAN, NAS), hands-on experience with Azure, Oracle Cloud (OCI), Google Cloud, proficiency with automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and familiarity with ITSM/ITOM frameworks and tools.
