Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Control Specialist to join our team at MPH Global.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a greenfield implementation, overseeing project planning, scheduling, and control processes.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in collaboration with project managers and workstream leads.
  • Track project milestones and ensure key deliverables are met on time.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans that align with business objectives, incorporating inputs from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and activities.
Collaboration with Workstreams:
  • Workstream Collaboration: Foster close relationships with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment between project control processes and broader workstream objectives.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead regular meetings to discuss progress, risks, and issues.
Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Progress Reporting: Provide clear and detailed reporting on project progress, financial status, and risks to senior stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Ensure documentation of all project control-related processes, financials, and decisions.
Cost Tracking & Resource Allocation:
  • Cost Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring alignment with forecasts, and propose adjustments when necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation across project phases to ensure efficient use of internal and external resources.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure project control processes meet quality and regulatory standards, performing quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
