PPL Dynamics seeks a seasoned Contract Management Specialist to support its management team in contract preparation, review, and administration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts management and administration, with a strong background in the oil & gas industry.
The successful candidate will provide contract support to the management team, including preparing and reviewing contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements. They will also handle major change orders, claims, and negotiations for EPC, oil & gas, and other projects.
Key responsibilities will include managing contractual daily requirements, reporting claim and variation progress, developing cost and/or schedule driven contracting scenarios, and promoting inter-departmental communications.
The ideal candidate will be able to establish clear communication with clients, coordinate with them to ensure contract terms are fulfilled, and negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
