**Job Purpose:**

To assist in managing and implementing corporate risk, business continuity, and compliance programs across Qatar Foundation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with QF entities to establish and maintain risk registers, verifying accuracy and relevance.
  • Guide Risk Champions on addressing concerns related to risk management information systems.
  • Develop regular reporting requirements for senior management, audit committees, etc.
  • Lead/co-lead presentation development and support ad-hoc activities in risk management.
  • Develop Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) through Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) sessions.
  • Review/update BCPs for QF HQ entities and directorates.
  • Identify enhancements to BCM documentation.
  • Enhance awareness of BCM through presentations and activities.
  • Create Compliance training decks in collaboration with specialists.
  • Facilitate relationships with RACA and ensure domestic charitable activities' licenses are maintained.
  • Support compliance specialists in ad-hoc activities and maintain whistleblowing systems.
  • Conduct trainings for Risk, Compliance, and BCM departments.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field and 2-5 years of work experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to guide risk register development and action plans.
  • Strong time management skills with organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and commit to deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and commitment.
  • Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and multiple systems within the Risk & Compliance Directorate.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Writing skills with ability to draft reports and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
