About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Design Specialist to join our Product Development and Design Team at Talent Pal. As a UX/UI Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating digital experiences that are visually stunning, user-centric, intuitive, functional, and user-friendly, aligning with brand strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Digital Products: Create user-centered designs for digital products such as software interfaces and mobile apps, focusing on enhancing user satisfaction and usability by improving accessibility, efficiency, and aesthetics.
  • Conduct User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences, create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
  • Develop Design Concepts: Develop impactful user-centric design concepts, sitemaps, process flows, wireframes, and storyboards.
  • Create Interactive Prototypes: Create interactive prototypes and mockups to demonstrate how users will interact with the product, adding functionality, transitions, and animations to simulate the customer experience.
  • Identify and Resolve UX Issues: Identify and resolve UX issues based on feedback from relevant stakeholders and onboard customers.
  • Communicate Design Concepts: Articulate design concepts, present ideas to stakeholders, and collaborate with team members to ensure alignment between design vision and project goals.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Identify with customers/users to understand their needs, motivations, and emotions, creating solutions that resonate with customers and effectively address their pain points.
  • Organize Information: Organize and structure information in a logical and intuitive manner, making it easy for users to navigate and find what they need, categorizing content, creating hierarchies, and designing navigation systems.
  • Manage Project Timeline: Manage project timelines effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables, prioritizing tasks, setting realistic timelines, and staying organized throughout the design process.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and deliver effective design solutions.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4 years of job-related experience, and previous experience working as a senior UX/UI designer or equivalent in a design company. You should have extensive knowledge of digital experience platforms, interfaces, apps, and have high proficiency in digital graphic design software such as Figma, CSS, and Adobe software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of application development, including languages like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, and be proactive with very good attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
