Job Description

As an Onshore Pipeline Contract Manager at lxbfYeaa, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of onshore pipeline projects.

You will be responsible for administering the tendering process, preparing Call for Tender documentation, and coordinating with various cross departments to ensure timely CFT preparation and readiness.

You will also manage and monitor all required contractual processes, validate Tenderer compliance, and evaluate contractual proposals.

In addition, you will prepare clarification meetings with potential bidders, actively report CFT progress, and advise on potential delays or cost and schedule improvements.

You will work closely with the Project team to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with tender progress and developments.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the tendering process to ensure timely progress and due process.
  • Prepare Call for Tender documentation and specific Tender and Tender Evaluation Procedures.
  • Coordinate with various cross-functional teams to ensure timely CFT preparation and readiness.
  • Validate Tenderer compliance with Bank Guarantee, Parent Company Guarantee requirements, Insurances, and other contractual obligations.
  • Maintain a database tracking the existence and evolution of contracts, change orders, certificates, approvals, and other contractual data throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a recognized University in the discipline.
  • At least 8 years' experience of contracts management on onshore/offshore oil & gas projects.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with sound communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of standard contracts and CFT process.
  • Good knowledge of GEP for tender execution.
