Painter Specialist

Job Overview

As a key member of our Accor team, the Painter will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of aesthetic appeal and quality in our waterpark facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform all painting and decoration works, including varnishing, to maintain the property\u2019s visual appeal
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring touch-ups or repairs
• Develop and implement a schedule for preventive maintenance of painting and decoration works
• Collaborate with the engineering department to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Participate in the on-call program and respond promptly to emergency repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory levels

• Secondary / High school education
• Qualification in Trades Technician level, variety of engineering/maintenance
• Basic computer skills – ability to use BMS
• Good proficiency in English language
