We operate in over 70 countries worldwide, with our headquarters in Berlin, Germany. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for the economic performance of assigned departments/categories across sales, gross margin, profit, and loss.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Full ownership over category management role in terms of assortments, pricing, offers, and supply.
  • Monitor and ensure consistency with the company's commercial strategy.
  • Implement strategic guidelines, including categories plan and pricing strategy.
  • Provide input to Ops team flows, adjacencies, tools, and templates.
  • Review and resolve issues with local suppliers.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Assortment: Ensure cost efficiency across consumers' needs/wants.
  • Pricing: Define and maintain local assortment and integrate basic assortment.
  • Supply: Select local suppliers, negotiate, and purchase according to expected needs.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in product category management, preferably in large retailers (FMCG) with an international setting.
  • Built teams and led cross-functional projects at scale.
  • Detailed-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
  • Fluent English language skills; Arabic would be highly advantageous.
