Job Description

Levante Holding is looking for a talented Marketing Creative Lead to contribute creatively to our real estate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing experience in real estate marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement visually appealing marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling design concepts for online advertising campaigns.
  3. Maintain the visual identity of the company and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  4. Edit and enhance property photos and virtual tours to present listings in the most visually compelling way.
  5. Collaborate with real estate agents and the sales team to understand project needs and ensure designs are aligned with target audiences.
  6. Assist in designing website elements, email templates, and digital marketing materials.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing.
  8. Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in real estate marketing.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  4. Experience with web design tools is a plus.
  5. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
