We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to oversee all administrative operations in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office budgets and expenses
  2. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials
  3. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
  4. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  5. Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of tasks
  6. Provide support to senior management as needed
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Director or similar role
  3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:

  2. Knowledge of Arabic language
  3. Previous experience managing budgets
  4. Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to business operations
