Job Overview
As a Storehouse Coordinator at Ennismore, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the storage, issuance, and maintenance of inventory in accordance with company guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Verify daily receiving and storekeeping procedures to guarantee compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure goods are properly received, issued, documented, stored, and requisitioned.
  • Collaborate with other departments on storeroom operational matters as needed.
  • Issue stocks/supplies to personnel presenting duly approved requisition forms in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate filing of requisition forms, ensuring they are properly filled out and acknowledged by the requesting party. Original copies are forwarded to cost control for further processing.
  • Accept and acknowledge deliveries received by the receiving agent.
  • E nsure all items stored in freezers are properly packed in plastic bags and labeled with corresponding tags.
  • Regularly inspect stock levels to determine probability of spoilage and segregate these for priority issuance.
  • Ensure that we maintain adequate stock levels within approved par stock limits.
  • Update the market list with the stock of all freezer items daily to assist the chef in ordering frozen items.
  • Analyze problem areas, recommend practical solutions, and monitor results continuously.
  • Verify reconciled inventory reports against book balance, actual count, and unit costs.
  • Provide support to the F&B Director, Executive Chef, and other department heads as needed.
  • Manage time effectively by meeting deadlines promptly.
  • Conduct daily staff briefings.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen stewarding team to ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained in all storage areas.
  • Perform work assigned by the Executive Chef or other seniors.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Prior experience in a public-facing role, preferably in an upscale hotel or lifestyle brand.
  • Proficiency in using computers and/or point-of-sale systems to locate and enter work-related information.
  • A gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor is essential.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with colleagues and departments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others to promote teamwork.
