About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Arabic Islamic Educator to join our team at Park House English School. As an Arabic Islamic Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the school's mission to provide a world-class education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating a Positive Learning Environment

You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages students to reach their full potential. This will involve building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Designing and Delivering Engaging Lessons

You will design and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. This will involve using a range of teaching strategies and resources to promote student engagement and motivation, and using assessment data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.

Supporting Student Learning and Progress

You will work closely with students to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to support their learning and progress. This will involve providing regular feedback and guidance, and working with students to set and achieve learning goals.

Collaborating with Colleagues

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and improve student outcomes. This will involve participating in department meetings, contributing to curriculum development, and working with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.

Communicating with Parents and Carers

You will maintain regular communication with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress and involve them in their child's education. This will involve writing regular reports, attending parent-teacher conferences, and communicating with parents and carers through email and other means.

Contributing to School Improvement

You will contribute to the school's ongoing improvement by participating in professional development opportunities, contributing to curriculum development, and working with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.

Requirements
  • Qualifications

You will hold a relevant teaching qualification and have a strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery.

Experience

You will have experience teaching Arabic Islamic Studies to students of varying ages and abilities, and a strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery.

Skills

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

Personal Qualities

You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing a world-class education to our students. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
