Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the execution of multiple projects within a portfolio of facilities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:

  1. Lead a team of project engineers in executing a wide range of projects consistent with Company Project Management System (CPMS), project objectives & strategies resulting in safe and reliable facilities.
  2. Promote inter-division and inter-department effective communication and encourage teamwork and sharing of lessons learned to ensure operational efficiencies.
  3. Review and validate company procedures to ensure the procedures support the business & organizational requirements.
  4. Assure the resolution of problems in more demanding and less familiar situations using own acquired knowledge and/or by mobilizing the necessary subject matter experts to ensure cost & schedule optimization and comprehensive solutions for complex tasks.
  5. Ensure the project performance related to HSE, planning and scheduling, project progress measurements, efficient reporting, quality, and cost are met.
  6. Communicate and interact with all internal and external stakeholders on project's requirements, performance, issues, and resolutions to ensure customer/shareholder satisfaction.
