Job Summary:
Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our kids club program, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for children aged 4-12 years.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development and implementation of age-specific activities and events.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the kids club area at all times.
• Provide exceptional care and supervision to children during games, arts, and crafts sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of programs and services.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's activities and well-being.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in an international luxury brand.
• Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal).
• Creative, patient, and experienced in taking care of children.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
