Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience at our bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Greet guests and present menus, making recommendations and taking orders in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Prepare and serve drinks according to standard procedures, ensuring that all drinks are made to the highest quality and presentation standards.
    • Manage cash and credit transactions, handling customer payments and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Bar Operations
    • Set up and maintain the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces, and ensuring that the bar is well-organized and visually appealing.
    • Process drink orders in the correct order, managing billing and ensuring that all drinks are served promptly and efficiently.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests to resolve any issues or concerns.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of bar service, including drinks, food, and ambiance.
    • Ensure that all equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized, and that all health and safety protocols are followed.
    • Report any incidents or concerns to management, and participate in investigations and corrective actions as needed.
    Requirements
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent knowledge of beverages, liquors, and infusion techniques.
    • Strong skills in handling guest challenges and opportunities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
    • Luxury of 5-star experience is a must.
