We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corrosion Engineer to join our team at lxbfYeaa.

  • About the Role:
  • As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of robust corrosion and material selection engineering definitions that meet our company's standards.
  • You will work closely with contractors and vendors to challenge design proposals and ensure compliance with our specifications and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corrosion Engineering: Ensure the proper realization of corrosion design and material selection for project facilities in compliance with our company's standard, project specifications, and time schedule.
  • Design Review: Challenge EPCIC Contractor on proposed designs and oversee the development of corrosion management specification procedures and material selection.
  • Project Coordination: Identify corrosion engineering and material selection technical decisions to be made and define a clear way forward for these decisions.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Engineering degree in Material and Corrosion Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Corrosion engineering and material selection in offshore Oil and Gas industry.
  • Certifications: Corrosion engineering qualification (NACE or other certificates) is an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent English language skills are required.
