About This Role

Tanqeeb is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead its policies and governance oversight initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of best practices across all bank departments.

This critical role will be responsible for driving key accountabilities that align with the bank's goals, including tracking departmental policies, managing approval processes, and performing gap analyses to propose changes.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of risk management principles. They must be able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements
