About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Medicine Specialist to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our Aeromedical Centre, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our flight crew and passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Aeromedical Health Service.
  • Provide medical certification for flight crew and passengers.
  • Offer specialist aviation medicine advice and clinical services.
  • Conduct research and audits to improve aeromedical services.
  • Mentor and support company doctors assigned to the aeromedical centre.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of job-related experience.
  • Primary Medical Degree from an accredited university.
  • Accredited specialist in Occupational Medicine with a recognized qualification in Aviation Medicine.
  • Class 1 Aviation Medical Examiner with an ICAO contracting state for at least 5 years.
  • Experience in commercial aviation and passenger health.
