PPL Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for administering all contractual issues with vendors and contractors, in accordance with company and local governmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in overall contract management and its legal regulations. They will provide support to the Contracts Manager in all contract management activities, including strategy development, supplier/contractor qualification exercise, preparation and issue of Expression of Interest (EOI), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Invitation to Tender (ITT); tender evaluation and clarification; commercial negotiation; contract preparation and award; post-award administration; and performance monitoring and management processes.

Responsibilities include conducting contractual risk analysis and mitigating risks, drafting appropriate contractual and commercial terms and conditions, and modifying existing model contracts as applicable to best serve and protect the company's interests.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist in identifying new opportunities along with business functions to support KPI improvements and contract optimization initiatives. They will recommend and execute appropriate contracting strategies to support the company's objectives.
